Custom Mica Insulated Band Heaters

Our custom mica insulated heaters group can be manufactured both in metric and imperial sizes. We can produce vatious shapes to accomodate different applications and industries. Besides barrel and nozzle heaters we manufacture other shapes such us "U" shaped mica heaters for Muller heads, extrusion dies and blow molding machines. Mica heaters are also provided for pipe and container heating. Other custom mica heater shapes include cone shapes, partial coverage, hinged contruction, holes & cut-outs and reverse mica style band heaters. All custom mica heater configurations are available with various terminations such as European plugs, terminal boxes, wire leads, post terminals and tapped thermocouple brackets to service both European and Imperial requirements. Custom band heaters can also be manufactured with incoloy tubular elements.
